The FAQ-Label Mismatch: What We Found And Why It Matters

By the MeltCore Editorial Team · · 6 min read

In Short

Official MeltCore materials publish two different ingredient lists in two different sections of the same website.

This is a real, checkable transparency issue, not a matter of opinion, and worth understanding before you order.

What we checked

The official MeltCore website publishes its main ingredient list on the homepage, describing six ingredients with individual sections for each: African Mango, Green Tea, Guarana, Raspberry Ketones, L-Carnitine and Grape Seed Extract. Separately, the site's FAQ section answers the question “How and why does MeltCore work?” with its own description of the formula's mechanism.

Where the two descriptions diverge

The FAQ answer names a different ingredient set entirely: Green Tea, Guarana, Capsicum, L-Carnitine, African Mango, Chromium, Gymnema, Maca and Ginseng. Only three ingredients (Green Tea, Guarana, L-Carnitine, African Mango) overlap between the two lists. The FAQ's five additional ingredients — Capsicum, Chromium, Gymnema, Maca, Ginseng — do not appear on MeltCore's actual product label anywhere we could find, and two real label ingredients (Raspberry Ketones, Grape Seed Extract) are missing from the FAQ description entirely.

Why this matters: a reader who only scans the FAQ section — a common pattern for people skimming a long sales page — would come away with a materially inaccurate picture of what's actually in the bottle. A reasonable reader might expect ingredients the product simply doesn't contain, or be unaware of ingredients it does.

What this does and doesn't mean

This looks like leftover marketing copy from a different, related product version rather than a deliberate attempt to mislead — the FAQ's own description of a “liquid formula” with “fast absorption” compared to capsules suggests it may have been written for, or copied from, a different SKU. That said, it is not evidence that MeltCore is a scam; the product itself, its real six-ingredient label, and its guarantee all appear to be genuine. But it is a real, checkable transparency issue worth knowing about.

Applying this to MeltCore

We only describe the six ingredients that actually appear on MeltCore's label throughout this site — see our full ingredient breakdown for what's actually in the product, and our full review for how this weighs against the formula overall.
